Focus Area Therapy
The Fee
My fee covers the cost of your hour session and other administrative tasks that need to be completed to provide you with adequate care. My fee does not change for individual and family therapy sessions. I am not an emergency resource and am unavailable outside of our scheduled therapy time. You will receive a list of emergency resources upon beginning therapy.

Yes! I am currently in-network with Aetna. For all other plans, I offer private pay options and can provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Visit the Fees page for more details.
Yes! All sessions are currently held online via secure video, and I’m licensed to see clients anywhere in New York State. You can join from your phone, laptop, or wherever you feel most comfortable.
You don’t need a diagnosis or a “big reason” to start therapy. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just want someone to talk to without judgment, this space is here for you.
Your first session is all about getting to know you. There’s no pressure to share anything you’re not ready to. We’ll talk about what’s been on your mind, what you’re hoping for, and how I can support you.
We will decide together how long you would like to be in therapy. Many people begin seeing results in several months, while other people may be looking for long-term support.
You can schedule an appointment directly through our booking form, or through my psychology today page. I'll do my best to work with you to find a time that suits your schedule!
