  • I work with children, teens, adults, and LGBTQ+ clients across New York who are navigating anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, relationship stress, and other life transitions. If things feel heavy or complicated, you’re in the right place.

  • Yes! All sessions are currently held online via secure video, and I’m licensed to see clients anywhere in New York State. You can join from your phone, laptop, or wherever you feel most comfortable.

  • You don’t need a diagnosis or a “big reason” to start therapy. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just want someone to talk to without judgment, this space is here for you.

  • Your first session is all about getting to know you. There’s no pressure to share anything you’re not ready to. We’ll talk about what’s been on your mind, what you’re hoping for, and how I can support you.

  • We will decide together how long you would like to be in therapy. Many people begin seeing results in several months, while other people may be looking for long-term support. 

  • You can schedule an appointment directly through our booking form, or through my psychology today page. I'll do my best to work with you to find a time that suits your schedule!
